Julia Haggerty
University Fellow
Julia Haggerty is an associate professor of geography at Montana State University and a university fellow at RFF. She directs Montana State’s Resources and Communities Research Group, which brings both critical and applied perspectives to socioeconomic, infrastructure and resource development challenges in local communities. From 2007 to 2013, Haggerty was a policy analyst at Headwaters Economics.
