Alexandre Koutta

Alexandre Koutta is RFF's Director of Human Resources. Alex joins us from the SEED School of Maryland, where he worked since 2012. In his role as Director of HR at SEED, he designed, developed, implemented, managed, and recommended all school-related HR initiatives and strategies aligned with SEED's strategic plan. Prior to his role at SEED Maryland, he served as a Senior HR Advisor for Ilimbe Networks Inc, an international company based in Europe, and as the Human Resources Assistant Director for the Community Services for Autistic Adults and Children in Montgomery County. Alex holds a Master's in Human Resources from University Paris Diderot-France and an MBA from Strayer University with emphasis in management. He has also completed 30 credits toward a Master's in International Human Resources at Georgetown University.
