RFF Senior Fellow Alan Krupnick is quoted in an article about the Biden administration's much-awaited hydrogen technology investments.
The United States is investing big in the technology, hoping to dominate a new energy industry that is anticipated to be a backbone of future shipping, transportation and manufacturing.
“This is a game changer,” said Alan Krupnick, a senior fellow at the energy policy think tank Resources for the Future. “The scale of this is going to be big. These are not just demonstration projects.”
