As the Biden administration continues to examine opportunities for advancing environmental justice, regulatory guidance has been issued to federal agencies to ensure that government initiatives appropriately benefit communities that may be disadvantaged, marginalized, or otherwise vulnerable.

Join Resources for the Future (RFF) on Monday, October 28 for “Environmental Justice in Regulatory Decisionmaking,” a workshop featuring conversation from RFF scholars and environmental justice specialists, including EPA staffers. Together, they will examine potential revisions to EPA Guidance and OMB’s Circular A-4 and examine both opportunities and challenges in advancing future work in this area.
