PROFILE
 
After three decades on the faculty at Virginia Tech, Leonard Shabman joined RFF in 2002 as a resident scholar. His special interest is in expanding the contributions of economic analysis to the formation of water and related land resource policy. Shabman’s present research is focused on development of evaluation protocols for large-scale ecosystem restoration projects, with special focus on the Everglades and Coastal Louisiana.
