In addition to ordering books from our website, individuals, libraries, and institutions may also order books by mail or fax using our order form. Please provide complete information about the book(s), including the International Standard Book Number (ISBN).

Orders may be prepaid by check or money order in U.S. funds; orders also may be charged using MasterCard, Visa, or American Express. (Please provide complete credit card information, including expiration date and your phone number, on the order form.)

Prepaid orders should include $5.00 for shipping and handling for the first book, and $1.00 for each additional book. (Shipments to Maryland, add 5% sales tax; shipments to Pennsylvania, add 6% sales tax.)

Overseas Customers

Retail and wholesale orders from outside the United States must be done through our international distributors. Individuals outside the United States wishing to order books are encouraged to purchase books from their local booksellers or through our international distributors or retailers. Should you order from this website and have goods shipped directly from the United States it may take up to 12 weeks for delivery through surface mail.

Returns Policy

Current editions of clean, reusable books may be returned within 18 months of invoice date. No prior permission is required, but a debit memo stating the reason for making the return must be enclosed. Invoice numbers are required so that full credit may be given at invoiced discount. All ship­ping charges must be prepaid.
