Learn more about:
“We face serious global challenges that have significant implications for both our environmental and our economic futures. Now more than ever, we need to engage the best minds around the world to help us develop smart, informed solutions.” – RFF President Phil Sharp
RFF’s Nobel Laureate Lecture Series
Throughout the fall, three Nobel Laureates in Economic Sciences will discuss their views on the key environmental and natural resource challenges facing the world and the role that economic inquiry can play in helping decisionmakers address these critical issues.
Similar to the special events featuring Nobel Laureates, RFF’s 2012-2013 First Wednesday Seminar Series will look ahead to the future of environmental and natural resource policy. This series will provide an opportunity to engage first-hand with experts on issues that lie at the intersection of economic growth, resource scarcity, and environmental risk.
Common Resources If you can’t make it to an event, you can join us online. As part of this yearlong dialogue, RFF is featuring discussions on its blog,
Common Resources. RFF experts and special guest contributors will host a variety of conversations that examine these issues in depth. Share your thoughts and engage with the experts at
www.common-resources.org.
